Workshop: Implementing AI in a Structured and Responsible Way

Hands-on workshop on systematic and trustworthy AI implementation in organizations.

On April 29, 2026, an interactive workshop on structured and responsible AI implementation will take place at Berlin Partner for Business and Technology. The session focuses on the KIDD process, a practical framework for introducing AI in organizations, developed within a research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and recognized as a best practice in the national AI standardization roadmap.

Participants will gain insights into how organizations can implement AI in a systematic, reflective, and governance-oriented way. Key topics include decision-making structures, accountability, regulatory alignment, and trustworthy AI. The workshop also invites participants to contribute their own use cases and challenges, helping to further refine the approach in a collaborative setting.

The event is designed for professionals who are responsible for AI initiatives or preparing to scale AI within their organizations. In addition to expert input, the workshop emphasizes peer exchange and practical discussion to address real-world implementation challenges.
